Returns and Refund Policy

Because every Brain Wave product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color or design preference changes, or change of mind.

What We Cover

We offer a full refund or free replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective, items with a print quality issue, wrong item sent, or items that do not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Request

Email hello@wearbrainwave.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and resolve all issues within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
