About Brain Wave

We started Brain Wave because we could not find what we were looking for.

Not another awareness ribbon brand. Not clinical. Not inspirational-quote-over-sunset. We wanted apparel that spoke to the actual experience of having an ADHD brain — the humor, the frustration, the weird brilliance, the executive dysfunction, the hyperfocus rabbit holes, the 47 tabs open with one playing music we cannot find.

So we made it ourselves.

Brain Wave is an ADHD-owned brand. Every design comes from lived experience. Your brain is different. Not broken.

We make shirts, hoodies, totes, mugs, stickers, and journals for people who want to wear that identity out loud — with humor, with pride, and without pretending to be something they are not.
